Well I thought it would be nice to show some pics of the delighted recipient.
Hannah wanted me to make it in time to wear for Christmas (she lives in Australia in case you're worried she'll catch her death). And according to my lovely sister-in-law she doesn't want to take it off until she's 16. That's probably the best compliment I've ever had in my life. Thank you Hannah you little darling, you look gorgeous in it. x
Gorgeous photos! Love the dress. x
ReplyDeleteOh, well done! That's a perfect twirling dress and your niece looks absolutely gorgeous in it.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Is it a full circle? Now you know it's a success, you'll have to make her another one, so that she has something to wear when that one is in the wash!
ReplyDeleteJane she absolutely adores it. She wore it yesterday accessorised with a tiara and sparkly shoes, a few necklaces and a bangle or two (to be honest I think she went a bit over the top for day wear). Thankfully it washes beautifully so we get at least 8 wears out of it per week (she likes to change outfits a few times a day). Thank you so much xxx
ReplyDeleteReally pretty dress, thanks for following my blog. I sold some bits at the fair, but it was at night and thick fog and children in need was on the tele so not that many people came, still it was good practise.
